SHIPPING

Free standard shipping within the contiguous US is available for orders $30+ after discounts and before tax. 

Standard Shipping

• If an order is received before noon, the order will be packed, labeled, and ready to ship on the same day.
• If an order is received after noon, the order will be packed, labeled, and ready to ship on the next business day ( If an order is received on Friday after 12pm, the order will be shipped on Monday afternoon). 

However, there are known instances where the carrier cannot pick up on time, which can cause a delay of one business day.

 

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us at hello@heyskinday.com and include your order number in the email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS  

If you have not received your approved refund yet, please contact us at hello@heyskinday.com or submit your inquiry in the form provided. 

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS  

It is your responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets lost due to the wrong shipping address, we regret that we do not offer a refund but are grateful to send you a replacement with an extra shipping cost paid by the customer.
